7 – 9 pm
Each quarter the Burke Museum hosts After Hours @ the Burke, a special evening event for University of Washington students. On October 20, come to the Burke to see the new exhibit Weaving Heritage: Textile Masterpieces from the Burke Collection. Try weaving on a real loom with fiber arts students, make your own weaving crafts to take home, go on exclusive student-led tours of the exhibit, watch Filipino dance performances, and eat lots of tasty food!
FIG leaders, email firstname.lastname@example.org to RSVP to bring your group to After Hours @ the Burke.
This event is free for UW students with UW ID.
After Hours @ the Burke is made possible by grants from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Lucky Seven Foundation. Additional support has been provided by the UW Southeast Asia Center, Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies.
