Fun Volunteer Opportunity @ the Henry!

Spring Open House is coming on Friday, March 5th, 2010! That means we will need a solid crew of volunteers, i.e. YOU.

Requirements: Ages 21+ & attending an orientation session Sat. February 27th @ 11am.

The 3/5/10 Volunteer Shift is from 5:30-11pm
* 5:30p Volunteer Training Session
* 6-8pm Patron/Member Preview
* 8-11pm General Opening

Positions will include:
1. Light Catering Assistance
2. Beer and Wine Server
3. Hospitality Team (Volunteers will work as a team, helping in all of the below areas
throughout the event) – Food Police
-Security of Artwork
-Greeting
-Coat Check
-Attendance Tracking
-VIP lounge check in

Each volunteer receives guest passes for regular admission, 1 guest during the general opening from 8-11p, & 1 guest pass to Kiki Smith’s 3/5 lecture–A $35+ value!
