Art 120 is a terrific survey class offered each year in the Fall that ArtsLink highly recommends for artists and art lovers alike. The class offers an introduction to recurring themes and practices in the visual arts. It moves beyond medium-based categories, surveying a diverse range of issues that motivate artists and create content in contemporary art. Examines the importance and influence of the visual arts in the larger context of contemporary culture and society.
This quarter this lecture class has a wonderful series of guests, and lucky for us, there is room for a few extra audience members, should you want to explore the class as an option for next year, or to just hear some of these amazing guests.. Check out this killer line-up, starting with Jen Graves this afternoon!
