Summer Job:: Youth Arts Empowerment Camp!

The Power of Hope is a non-profit organization dedicated to youth empowerment through the arts. Throughout the summer, Power of Hope runs week-long, arts-based summer camps for teenagers from all around the
northwest. The Registrar is integral to recruiting and registering a diverse group of youth for POH camps, and helping to ensure that the preparation for summer camp is complete.

We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated, service-oriented individual who is excited to learn about the administrative side of non-profit management. Our summer intern registrar will work in our office, with
flexible hours. She/He will register youth for camp, communicate with our volunteers, enter information into our database, solicit donations & help prepare supplies for camp. She/He must be comfortable communicating
with people by phone & email, as she/he will be the primary contact for youth who are signing up for camp.

March – June: ½ time (average 20 hours per week )artcamp01
July – August: ¾ time (average 30 hours per week)

March – June: $200 / month
July – August: $300 / month

College credit, if approved by applicant’s university.

Experience in the non-profit sector. Friendly work environment.
