The fabulous Intiman Theatre down at the Seattle Center has a unique, strong “Book Club” community this year. With the 2008-2009 season announced, this might be a good time to get familiar with the program and its directors.
The Book Club meets prior to each show in the season to discuss the novel in its own right, and also that of adaptation problems and successes. Novels/plays to be discussed this year include:
The Diary of Anne Frank
A Streetcar Named Desire
All the King’s Men
